Before you book, lets talk

As therapists and trainers, it is important for us to first get to know you and most importantly for you to feel comfortable working with us. Before you book a session(s) we like to offer a courtesy consultation call to understand your needs and make sure we are a good fit.

What to expect…

  1. Schedule a time that works for you and your preferred method of chatting.We highly recommend a Zoom or Google call for a more personal and engaging conversation. Choose what you are most comfortable with. This call can take between 30-60 mins.

  2. Once you book a time, you will be redirected to complete a quick questionnaire.

  3. During our conversation, we will uncover what your needs are and make sure we can be of service to you or refer you out. If we think we’re a good fit for each other you will be invited to register as a new client.

  4. Next, we schedule our first session. Whether it’s manual therapy or 1:1 coaching the first session requires additional time to review our consultation, perform a postural and movement assessment, and discuss an on-going plan.

  5. We are here to help. You will be provided with personal contact information to text or call with any questions you may along your journey towards an active life.
