Therapeutic and Sports Massage

Our Recover sessions are designed to help the body recover from day-to-day stress and physical activity, reduce pain or discomfort from injury, restore movement, and help calm the nervous system.

Each session centers on hands-on soft tissue and manual therapy techniques to address areas of tension, restriction, or discomfort. Many sessions also include brief breathing strategies or light mobility work to help calm the nervous system and support the body in maintaining the benefits of treatment.

  • A recover session is for you if you are

    • dealing with tightness, stiffness, or recurring aches
    • recovering from injury or returning to activity
    • finished physical therapy but still not feeling 100%
    • feeling run down from work, stress, or training
    • looking to feel better in your body, not just temporarily

    For athletes, active individuals, and anyone balancing work, life, and physical demands.

  • We are currently accepting NYSHIP Empire Plan and HSA/FSA funds.

Strength and Movement Training

Rebuild sessions are designed to improve strength, movement quality, and overall physical capacity so your body can better handle the demands of daily life, training, and activity.

Sessions focus on progressive strength training and movement patterns to help you move with more confidence, reduce the likelihood of recurring issues, and build long-term resilience.

  • You are a right fit for Rebuild if:

    • finished physical therapy but unsure how to safely return to activity
      • want to be active again but don’t know where to start
      • avoid exercise due to fear of getting hurt or reinjured
      • feel limited after getting hurt doing something you enjoy
      • feel like you’re told what to do, but not how to do it on your own
      • have tried short-term fixes, but nothing seems to last
      • haven’t trained in a while and want a structured way to begin again
      • want to build confidence and independence in how you move and train

  • Currently accepting HSA funds with a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN)
