Recover
Therapeutic and Sports Massage
Our Recover sessions are designed to help the body recover from day-to-day stress and physical activity, reduce pain or discomfort from injury, restore movement, and help calm the nervous system.
Each session centers on hands-on soft tissue and manual therapy techniques to address areas of tension, restriction, or discomfort. Many sessions also include brief breathing strategies or light mobility work to help calm the nervous system and support the body in maintaining the benefits of treatment.

Whether its to alleviate pain, or simply relax, each session is tailored to fit your needs.
All sessions begin with a joint-by-joint movement assessment and breathing assessment.
Your session may include but is not limited to, a combination of manual therapy and soft tissue techniques: Myofascial release, Deep Tissue, Joint mobilization, Trigger Point Therapy, Diaphragmatic breathing, Stretching, Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, and active mobility exercises.

Strength and Movement Training
Rebuild sessions are designed to improve strength, movement quality, and overall physical capacity so your body can better handle the demands of daily life, training, and activity.
Sessions focus on progressive strength training and movement patterns to help you move with more confidence, reduce the likelihood of recurring issues, and build long-term resilience.

First we set up a discovery call to determine if working together is the right fit. If not, we will do our best to refer you to someone locally.
If a fit, we invite you to an in-person consultation to take a deeper dive into understanding your situation, conduct a movement assessment, deliver relevant education, and begin crafting your plan.
Once we get started- we continue with additional assessments to help us build a program that is right for you.
We will meet in person or you will follow a program remotely. This is determined during our consultation.
You will eventually gain the confidence and freedom to live a long term active life.
