What It Does

Rebuild is designed to help you move beyond just feeling better and start building strength that lasts.

Sessions focus on developing strength, control, and coordination through structured exercise and movement-based training. The goal is to help your body better handle the demands of daily life, activity, and training.

You’ll learn how to move with intention, understand what your body needs, and build a foundation that supports long-term progress.

How It Works

Rebuild is a structured coaching process, not just individual workouts.

We start by understanding your current limitations, movement patterns, and goals. From there, your program is built to progressively challenge your body in a way that feels safe, effective, and sustainable.

Sessions may include strength training, mobility work, and movement progressions, along with guidance on how to approach exercise outside of sessions.

• finished physical therapy but unsure how to safely return to activity
• want to be active again but don’t know where to start
• avoid exercise due to fear of reinjury
• feel limited after getting hurt doing something you enjoy

Coaching Options

In-Person Coaching

Work one-on-one to build strength, improve movement, and receive real-time guidance and feedback.

Remote Coaching

Follow a structured program through a coaching app with guided exercises, ongoing messaging support, and weekly check-ins.

Hybrid Coaching

Combine remote programming with 1–4 in-person sessions per month for hands-on guidance, feedback, and progression.
