Massage Therapy

Our Massage Therapy sessions aim to induce relaxation and reduce the sensation of pain, discomfort, and tension due to stress and physical activity.

    • Each session begins with a joint-by-joint movement assessment and breathing assessment.

    • Your session may include, but is not limited to, a combination of manual therapy techniques: Myofascial release; Deep Tissue; Joint mobilization; Trigger Point Therapy; Diaphragmatic breathing; Stretching; Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (cupping, gua sha, Graston technique

    • We end with guided exercises for flexibility, mobility, and stability.

  • A manual therapy session is best suited for you if….

    • you have stiffness and tension causing you discomfort

    • are looking for temporary pain relief

    • are looking for a sense of relaxation

    • want or need assisted stretching

    • want to learn breathing techniques to help with sleep and anxiety.

Our 1:1 coaching delivers a personalized exercise program, education, and mentorship to help you get back to enjoying the things you love most.

    • you finished physical therapy and your doctor told you to ease back into activity but you are unsure how

    • you graduated from our in-person training and are ready to workout on your own

    • have experience and competency in lifting weights and are looking for a structured program

    • you are unable to commit to a schedule but still have time to exercise at your convenience

    • you need to be held accountable and need structure
