Massage Therapy
Our Massage Therapy sessions aim to induce relaxation and reduce the sensation of pain, discomfort, and tension due to stress and physical activity.

Each session begins with a joint-by-joint movement assessment and breathing assessment.
Your session may include, but is not limited to, a combination of manual therapy techniques: Myofascial release; Deep Tissue; Joint mobilization; Trigger Point Therapy; Diaphragmatic breathing; Stretching; Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (cupping, gua sha, Graston technique
We end with guided exercises for flexibility, mobility, and stability.
